John “Jack” Mangini, oldest born resident of Portola Valley, passed away peacefully at his home on Tuesday morning with his wife of 64 years, Laura,

Son, Jackie and daughter-in-law, Lynda by his side.  Funeral services for the Portola Valley native will be conducted 1:30 P.M. Friday, March 5th, 2010 at Roller Hapgood and Tinney Funeral Home, 980 Middlefield Road, Palo Alto followed by committal in Alta Mesa Memorial Park, Palo Alto.  Friends may visit after 10 A.M. Friday.  Memorials in his memory may be directed to the donor’s favorite charity.
